The emergency number listed on the outside of the leasing office is the same as the main number. Also, the security gates only work half the time, along with the plumbing and then there are the bugs!!! ive lived in apartments most of my adult life & the only place that has as many bugs as this place is Pine Brook Apartments on Belle Terrace!!
I was showed an apartment from the most helpful lady Samantha was her name. I have to state I felt she really and truely cared about my feeling's. I use to think costumer service was a thing of the past however, this experience was a great one.
