These guys were awesome....I was looking for a nice place to lease and no one took the time to help me other than Chris over at Colony Realtors. I was not able to get my loan modified so I was forced to Short Sale my house...these guys got my home short sold and at the same time helped me lease a beautiful home...no games no BS...straight up guy that showed excellent customer service.
