These apartments are amazing! The management is very friendly and helpful. All of the leasing agents are wonderful and are on top of their p's and q's. I've been living here for a year and love how attentive they are to both their property and their tenants.
These apartments are very convenient, it’s quiet and you’re in the center of everything you need, I honestly hate to leave.. The comments about the manager Sandra.. I’m sorry, but I can not agree with. She’s always been nice and understanding when I’ve spoken to her. So have the other two ladies in the office, they have always been super sweet!

The office and maintenance team are the best! Thank you to Sandra for always taken care of my family and I. The grounds are well kept and neat. It’s a cozy and peaceful place.
Had a wonderful experience at Colony Oaks and Sandra the office manager was always very helpful when I had any questions. She listened to me and the communication response was very quick among the office staff. Anytime I needed something done the maintenance staff was professional and did good work.
