I have lived here for just about a year when Harvey hit my old apartment flooded and the manager there wasn't kind about it. Here I got an apartment the day I lost my old apartment and the manager was very kind even when the manager to the old flooded apartment came in and gave me and the manager a bad attitude. When something breaks or needs to be replaced I have let them know and it has been taken care of by the next day. I'm so happy I found this place
Just had my car towed for a 3rd time on a bullshit technicality after over 3 years of living here I can't wait to get out of this place please beware of this place it's like wolf in sheep's clothing live here at your own risk
I am very pleased with my new apt here! Love the location and the price is very affordable, not to mention it's all bills paid! Management and maintenance are very nice and professional! :)
These apartments have every kind of pest. I got bed bugs twice , mice issues and horrible roach problems. They are also not very well maintained due to poor maintenance response.
