I’m moving there
Can't keep a decent property manager cause of a lazy maintenance man that doesn't do his job but that's allowed, I see where you all Can't keep someone there but ready to raise rent again.
Lived here several years back... awful office manager, not enough parking for the residents, and NO parking for guests. Fire alarms going off at least once a month and had to evacuate the building. Strangers knocking on the door at random hours because people propped the front doors open. Aside from being close to downtown, there were no positives for living here.
