My psycho kitty had overgrown nails. She is very difficult to handle. Tech Jason is a miracle worker. Jason kept Cujo kitty calm so doctor could take care of her. She is home and stress free as if nothing happened. That means the world to me. Been going there for 20 years. Thanks all especially Jason
I just got done with my appointment. My kitty who, at 8, had never been to the vet did great. He's kind of Emo so i wasn't sure how it would go. The tech and the assistant were sweet and Dr Kinne just put him right at ease. I also let them know i was on a budget and they gave me pricing before i agreed to any treatments. I would totally recommend CAH. Thanks for a great visit!
The staff at colonie animal hospital is amazing! Dr Kinne took care of my sweet yorkie through renal disease, and every step of the way her main focus was on quality of life. She was also very honest with me about which treatments would be helpful and which would cause my dog discomfort. She made the last 2 years of my baby's life comfortable and was so kind along the way. The ladies at the front desk also knew my doggy by name and were so helpful and caring. I am eternally grateful!
When I was a teenager they had great vets, now they are just rude.
