First time visit for Timmy. Staff were friendly and informative. Dr. Kinne was wonderful.
My ex husband and I took his cats, (Gato, Mickey. and Cutie) to Dr. Newman from 1973 to 2006. (after that, I was gone, but I’m sure he continued with Cutie.) We loved Dr. Newman. Joyce Valloze (formerly Koren)

Everybody is very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
I took my dog there for the first time yesterday. I knew my dog had kennel cough, they were wonderful. They had us in a room that had a door leading outside to make sure he did not come in contact with any other pets. The precautions they took made me so happy! It was obvious that everyone that works there loves their job. They were ALL amazing! All of my animals will be brought here from now on. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I started taking my various pets to see Dr Neuman at Colonie Animal Hospital in 1990. He later retired, and his replacement vets are wonderful. The vets are all very kind and capable, as are all the staff members I have met over the years. Dr Kinne has been able to manage my feral cat and treat her as quickly and as stress-free as possible. I no longer live very close to their practice but I have no plans to change vets to someplace closer. I trust the doctors to give my pets the best possible care.
