I was referred to Colonial West by my uncle who had already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I liked about certain cars. Ivy had me drive numerous vehicles, even offering to get another vehicle transferred over so that I could drive it. The best place to purchase a car!! Ivy, Geno, and Jose were awesome to work with...the service team was guick and i have had no issues with my new car! I will go back to buy another one with them..it took no time at all with no issues...
Colonial West has the absolute BEST Service Department I have ever experienced. Here is an example: I got into my truck yesterday morning and a light came on the dashboard that did not look good, so on my way to work I stopped into Colonial West and Edson (not sure if I have his name correct) was so helpful and accomodating. He was able to get my truck in the same day for service AND got me to work!! I am so thankful there are still people out there who care about giving good service!!! Thank you Colonial West!!!
The saleslady I worked with was Kendra Dickinson and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I test drove. They entire team there seems to care about the customer and believe it or not 'customer service' isn't dead at Colonial West.
