I have never had a car buying experience like this. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. I was given space to look around at my leisure instead of being bombarded like other dealerships. Colonial Chevrolet West has incredible capable employees(Ivy & Gino)that make the difference! They had the patience to get a very difficult purchase completed. They had to include the service dept. To upfit the truck needed for our fleet in a short time frame! They were able to work as a team to complete the task! I was referred to Colonial West by my uncle who had already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I liked about certain cars.
