my wife and i are in the process of buying a new car. when we were working with will at colonial west, things were fine. we did not agree on the numbers, but he was kind and considerate. however, he stepped away and another "manager" walked in and started talking aggressively. when i asked him to write down the numbers on a piece of paper, he would not. i said we will buy a car, i just need to see how you came up with the numbers, he said, "NOTHING IS SIMPLE WITH YOU!" and insulted my wife and me. i will be buying my car fro... read more

The staff at Colonial West Chevrolet is absolutely amazing and they all make you feel so welcomed while you are there. Ivy helped my boyfriend and I get a car quick and easy at the price we wanted all while we were having a truck serviced through them! My experience at Colonial West has changed my feelings on car buying. Usually the whole process is so stressful but not here. Ivy Shomphy was my Sales Associate, and i couldn't get the car i had wanted from the begining for my own reasons, but found me a car i actually like better! Her Customer service was top notch. I would reccomend them to anyone. If you're in the market for a new car go see Ivy. She's amazing!!!
I have been a faithful colonial west customer for over 8 years. I have purchased three vehicles from them and always use them for any service I may need. Their staff are helpful and friendly and the GM Jeff Chandler is always making sure I am very well taken care of. I always recommend colonial west to anyone and can say that I have no plans to go anywhere else.
A few months ago my husband and I went to Colonial West in ftchburg where we had previously purchased a chevy cruze to trade up to a bigger car. The sales associate Ivy Shompie and the finance dept along with GM. went over and beyond to get me into a car not only that i could afford but that i so love. My husband and I have purchased all our vehicles from Colonial West Chevrolet for the past 15 years. The General Mgr. Jeff Chandler who we followed to Fitchburg from when he was in the Acton, has always been extremely helpful in taking care of us. The service department is amazing getting in and out is never an problem. I'd also like to thank Tom Goodwin in the Parts Department as well as Ivy Shompie and Peggy Rotti who are always happy to assist any way they can.
