I used this service to have my chimney liner replaced. My furnace is in an enclosed room. The worker told me that my chimney was clogged so he pushed all the soot downward to clear it. I am very upset because he never closed the door to the furnace room and all the soot he pushed down created a soot cloud that covered all the furniture in my basement. I had to call them back for cleanup but they only cleaned the furnace room, I had to clean the rest to the basement myself. I asked if their policy was to protect the customers... read more

First off I would like to say how hard it is to find honest working companies these days. I was kept up to date on what was going on, Jesse is very polite and Andy and Brian were phenomenal! I was informed about the situation I had going on, wasn't rushed.. or pressured. Decided to do some work with Andy and I am very happy with the way things turned out. Even had a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied.
Joe and Frank were polite, immaculate, and prompt. Office called before coming, and I even got a Thank you call after. Will deffinately do business again.
