Colonial way is a stand up company! I was called because they were going to be in my neighborhood this past week. I hadn't gotten my chimney cleaned or inspection in quite a few years. Needless to say- they cleaned, inspected and removed a blockage for a reasonable price. I joined their new membership program and I couldn't be happier.
I haven't cleaned my chimney since moving in 4-5 years ago so it was long overdue. It was a pleasant, no hassle experience. Joe showed up on time, fixed the fireplace doors (thank goodness, I thought I'd have to spend a lot of money getting them replaced), taught me how to close the flue firmly shut (it would bounce open before) and even cleaned the fireplace which was caked with soot (I closed the doors once and caused a smoky mess). I would definitely select Colonial Way again
Colonial Way's technicians were in my neighborhood cleaning my neighbors chimney when I saw their truck. I had a few questions for them and Joseph was very knowledgeable. I decided to go ahead with a cleaning and inspection, they even gave me a great deal- and the service was impeccable.

I wanted to stop by and leave a quick review. Your Technicians were working on my neighbors home and I decided it had been way to long since my last service. Michael came and did my cleaning and installed a cap to help prevent any debris falling in the future. Thank you for grade A service!
