Living here was not bad. My issue was when we moved out. The apartment had brand new carpet (i lived there for half a year) then the apartment had a flood from a leak that soaked a quarter of the carpet in the apartment. It sat like that for four days or so until it was fixed. I moved shortly after that and they charged me a couple thousand for a new carpet due to "odor". He assured me that my issue was fixable and that I had nothing to worry about. Immediately he went to work and in no time my issue was resolved and working well.
