The workers here are doing an amazing job with letting people know what’s coming up like inspections and so on. The only downside is people overflow the garbage and leave bulk items outside and don’t fold their boxes. I get it, life sucks but it would be nice. The maintenance is alright, speed isn’t a priority due to waiting a week to get things fixed like my alarm going off for a few days with its chirps and broken drawer, however they are minor fixes, I completely understand the apartment complex is 22 acres I believe, so ... read more
Marco Munoz was assigned to our unit to attempt to fix our washer. He was professional and quick. As soon as he believed the washer had too many issues he made a quick trip to find a replacement. He made his difficult job look easy and made no excuses for anythingbut a job well done. We appreciate the hard work he did today. Being without a washer and not knowing if/when it would get fixed had caused us stress but his work was fast and without delay. Thank you.
DON'T RENT HERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF. I wouldn't recommend enough not to move in to this place My move in experience was totally AWFUL fridge was so dirty I could no use it until they had to change it after like a week of eating outside and washer machine and dishwasher weren't working either. I still pay my deposit and my moving in fees responsibly before moving in my apartment was not ready for move in the kitchen cabinets smelled horrible like vomit because they painted them and did not let them vent and the whole apartment w... read more
