I moved in here about 4 months ago , the rent is very high ,the apartments are nice but not worth the amount they charge. The washing machine is horrible!! I spend almost 30.00 every other week doing laundry and the clothes don't even lol clean. Besides the fact the clothes come out with hair on them everywhere , why?? That's disgusting!! But grounds are nice , maintenance horrible!! They were supposed to come back a month and a half ago to fix a light and it's still broken. HOA is AWFUL! Owned, sold, profited and still would NEVER recommend.

Recent events have left me and my family incredibly disappointed in the head honchos of Colonial Village. No humanity...dollar signs are all they care about...so disheartening...9 years tenure means nothing : (
