Crooks. No communication.They didnt tell us cash only before loading our vehicle which sparked a disagreement, if they had at any point told us cash only i would of refused, but they just loaded up the vehicle with no communication.They refused to take my car to the destination requested, because the company apparently "doesnt like when they drop anything off at night".( I also spoke to the manager at the chevy store and he said that was a lie they do it all the time, and colonial tire refused to release it for 48 hours)He a... read more
We had such a great experience with Colonial Tire in Mystic. After getting a flat tire during our trip and having no luck at another nearby shop, they stepped in and helped us right away. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, and they had us safely back on the road in no time. So grateful for their kindness during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
Fast and friendly service. I called them to see if they had my tire size, they did. I was in and out of that place no more than 20 mins. Brendan was friendly and very helpful. Definitely a place to go to get used tires.
Garbage service. My car was towed here after an accident. I had to call 3 separate times to release the car. I was told “it wasn’t noted.” For some reason no one tried to call me when the tow truck was trying to take the car. They probably want to rack up storage fees because it’s free money for them.
