What a great bunch of people. Personally I don't like the entire process of buying a car, because of all the preasure. But it was different here, Tony Lima was amazing, never any preasure to buy anything we didn't agree on. The entire staff there simply amazing and friendly. We are so happy with our new Silverado, we could not thank you all enough. I will Def be coming back in the future. Great job everyone :)
Our Chevy pickup broke down while we were traveling in southeast Mass (We're from PA). Rick Fernandes and the folks at Colonial South Chevrolet were amazing He evaluated the damage, arranged to have parts shipped overnight, and arranged for a loaner car for us. He exceeded our expectations as far as the cost and service. The truck was ready when we came to get it the next day. What could have been an awful experience turned out fine..
A horrible day was salvaged by Rick Fernandes of Colonial South Chevrolet. Possibly one of the best experiences with a dealership ever. We live over an hour away and out Avalanche needed help, Rick took us in, got us a replacement car, helped us work with GM on the repairs and made our situation acceptable. We will travel to Colonial South for future service and purchases because of the experience we had with Rick and this dealership!!

Dealt with Rick Fernandes today and he was great! I originally sent my car to be serviced at another dealership and it was a disaster. Colonial had my car done quickly and was curtious and Rick made it simple and cant be happier.
stood outside looking at a stingray for 25 minutes no one came out ive bought one car there and never again. When i do by the new corvette i will bring it here for service tho so they can wish they got the sale guess i shouldnt have worn sneakers tshirt and hat backwards
