I'm writing this review to complain. My wife and I have leased 2 vehicles from here. Their sales are great but their service is a bit much. I was warned about the service department but never thought that the issues would send us away from a great deal. Oil change 2hrs?? Maybe a deal breaker when this lease is up. Too bad.
I just bought a 2018 Equinox and the sale rep Josh was great at trying to explain how the lease works and ect. The Finance Manager is by far the nicest I've dealt with by giving me better deals at the end and finding ways to get my monthly payments low. The only reason I give the dealership a 4 star is because the paperwork that the sales manager prints out for you to look at the breakdown of the price of the vehicle, rebates sales tax and final price of vehicle is very confusing and missing other important numbers.
