As a first time gun purchaser I found my experience at CSA to be not only informative but fun. The staff were all very patient, knowledgable and friendly. The facility was in outstanding shape and I found that they had quite a good selection and were competitively priced to other establishments both in the RVA and NoVa areas. I'll definitely go back.
Friendly, attentive employees. Rather busy but only a short wait. Wish the Columbus day coupon would have been available sooner, maybe Sunday as I was there early Monday before if came out.
Salesman was rude to us, and discriminated against us because we were gay men looking to buy our first gun and then tried to force us out of our price range.
I grew up a country boy I never had to go to a range to shoot other than my time in the Army. I* didn't know what to expect. well the people at CSA made me feel right at home. thats been about a year ago. Im now a member and go every chance I get. took the holster qualification last week. and once again I was impressed how professional they taught the class and showed an old dog new tricks. being a member on limited income CSA has made it affordable for me to enjoy shooting with my entire family way to go CSA MOLON LABE

The guys at the counter get 4 stars. Even though they inexplicably lost our reservation for a range on my birthday they made up for it in spades. Management gets none at all. Stuck up and rude. How dare you speak to customers the way you spoke to us. You will never get my business again. The only reason you got 2 stars is the guy at the counter, who had to apologize for you by the way since you aren't man enough to do it yourself. Fix your attitudes, gentlemen.... Or go out of business.
