I have taken 5 of my family ,4 coworkers and everyone is impressed with the safety culture and facilities. The staff and R.S.O's have always treated us great, especially Dave the guy never fails to greet me by name , and everyone I take to the range noticed it. You would think I was a v.i.p. Or on the board of directors or something. I like it so much I may put in an application or take a class.
I was so excited to take my mom to buy her a handgun for Christmas. After waiting for a little while, while multiple employees walked by us and didn't attempt to help. A man finally came up to ask what he could help with. We had scoped out a couple guns for her to hold and asked that we could hold them. He was very condescending to my mom. It was also very obvious that he had a problem with my wife and I as well. He tried for 10 minutes to sell us classes. We had a fantastic time last night at Colonial Shooting Academy. Everyone is extremely informative, professional and friendly. I attended a course a couple weeks back, purchased a firearm from them on Black Friday, and had the privilege of working with the instructor from my previous course last night. During Black Friday (even with the volume of customers there) the employees made you feel like you were the only person in the building and took great care of us!
I bought a gun from them the other day while I was talking to them the manager indicated that he would not support the Second Amendment.I will not buy from them again Those who don't support the Second Amendment shouldn't work at a gun store.
