We got our tile roof replaced after Ian tore half of it off. We're near Fort Myers Beach so finding available roofers was a mess for a while. Colonial gave us a realistic wait time and actually stuck to it. The new roof held up through last year's storms with zero issues.
Colonial set us up with a maintenance plan after we kept getting small leaks every rainy season. They come out twice a year now, clear debris, check the valleys and seams. Haven't had a single leak since we started. Should've done this years ago instead of paying for reactive repairs.
