I stayed at one of their units on S Franklin St. The maintenance team and everyone at the nearby office have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my time here. It is always very quiet and peaceful. Any problems I had were always addressed in a timely manner and they have been extremely accommodating to my needs. Location's very nice too! Their property Oakview Gardens (Building 2209) has bedbugs, I was ignored and told I didn’t have them several times before anything was addressed. The whole building is infested. I ended my lease early, and had to throw brand new furniture away. I do not recommend unless you want to throw all your stuff away and get reoccurring bug bites. They will say they treated the unit but this is a building wide infestation. Wish I never moved here.
