Was worried about posting publicly, but I know the new neighbors have been complaining about it now due to Parking issues, so why not complain too! - but I have been asking and emailing every once in a while since I moved I almost 2 YEARS AGO, pretty much BEGGING for them to at least paint the parking lines so we can have a baseline and people can’t park where they please but noooo I get off a 12 hour shift and can’t even park in my own parking lot …
Don't recommend this management. We experienced lots of pest issues that they failed to attend to for months, many entry without any notice or 24 hour notice occasions, and a series of situations where we found out through MGE that we were paying for their work station's electricity.
The staff foe the Capitol Park Apartments is now great, have been poor in the past couple yakears. Be careful though. When moving out they charge your security deposit hundreds of dollars for new blonds, drip pans, and cleaning even though I left my place in much better cleanliness than I received it and I didn't get new blonds when I moved it. They were broke and in I'll repair so not sure why I'm now getting charged for them. I wish I had as good of a move in experience as the new renter is getting. I'm posting this becaus... read more
Worst experience in my life... just moved two wks ago to Oakview property in Sun prairie... ROACH infested, water damage done too brand new carpet they placed now my house smells like mold and moth balls, air conditioner smells old and only cools the living room, bathroom walls gutted and panels replaced during my third day of living there(utter mess caused severe water damage.. improperly fixed) on top of THIN WALLS, LOUD KIDS RUNNING IN THE HALLS, neighbor vomitted on my patio...building is old and out dated, bathroom cabi... read more
Worst-case in proper management ever. Everything is so old, they barley clean snow this year, they just never keep there word or either take care of tenants. Don't recommend!.
