i have lived in a capital park / colonial property management property for over 10 years. I am moving to be closer to work. Like any property management, they're not perfect and it is ultimately a business. That being said, I have few complaints from my time living under their banner. As long as you tour each apartment unit well, ask the correct questions, you'll find a home. Which is to say, every unit and every building are unique, with their own pluses and minuses.
I stayed at one of their units on S Franklin St. The maintenance team and everyone at the nearby office have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my time here. It is always very quiet and peaceful. Any problems I had were always addressed in a timely manner and they have been extremely accommodating to my needs. Location's very nice too!
