I enjoyed my time at Capitol Park. I lived in a quiet building out towards middleton. I would recommend living there.
Not yall hiding my original review! Lived here 3 years ago and I’m still mad with how I was mistreated here. Our downstairs neighbor threatened us & would block the hallway to curse us out over our cats running around. I recorded him & showed the manager at Oakview, where she told us “have you tried being quiet” like?? I worked THREE JOBS at the time. She did absolutely nothing, it got to the point where I called the cops on him, and even the cops offered us help to break the lease for our safety. Absolutely unprofessional m... read more
I use a cane and multiple of my housemates are disabled. It took them over a year to repair rotting deck stairs. They only fixed after someone had fallen due to the shifting boards. This doesn't even cover the myriad of issues, there is hole in the ceiling of the dining room that has been there since before moved in, we've had several plumbing issues, appliance issues. And I've never even seen them clean the dryer vents on the house. Please please please stay away. They're luxury slumlords at best.
Was worried about posting publicly, but I know the new neighbors have been complaining about it now due to Parking issues, so why not complain too! - but I have been asking and emailing every once in a while since I moved I almost 2 YEARS AGO, pretty much BEGGING for them to at least paint the parking lines so we can have a baseline and people can’t park where they please but noooo I get off a 12 hour shift and can’t even park in my own parking lot …
Don't recommend this management. We experienced lots of pest issues that they failed to attend to for months, many entry without any notice or 24 hour notice occasions, and a series of situations where we found out through MGE that we were paying for their work station's electricity.
