Ashanta was amazing from the moment I walked in for a tour all the way through moving in. She answered every question I had and was prompt about getting back to me immediately.
The Staff was so pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions and made the move in process easy and quick. I highly recommend if your looking for a place not only to call home, but feel at home, you have made the right choice for MAA-Hebron. So far so good. I am a new resident so I am giving them 5 stars on what I have experienced thus far.

Ongoing Parking Safety Issue – Extremely Disappointing Management Response I am writing this review to document a parking safety issue I have been dealing with for over two years at my community, and more importantly, the dismissive and unprofessional way it was recently handled by management. Living in MAA CROSSWATER WINDERMERE hasn't been the greatest lately because of some weird stuff happening at the gym. There's this girl with black hair and a backpack who doesn't even live here, and she’s always asking people to let her in at night. When she gets in, she looks inside the cars, acting super suspicious. It’s like she’s waiting for cars to open the gate or trying to sneak in just to use the gym. She’s usually around at 9 PM.
