Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin . The view was beautiful from the back balcony. The whole family enjoyed hours of pool upstairs and in the Jacuzzis.

Me and my friends used this place in 2022 and attempted to use it this year (2023). In 2022 we had a cabin that had all the amenities that we wanted, and it was sold. We understood that part as per Colonial they do not own the cabin. However, the issue came when putting us in a different cabin. The cabin the offered (which we took) had none of the original amenities and was smaller. When I asked for a cabin with the amenities we wanted they told us it would be an extra $400 on the bill. Spacious yet cozy. Everything provided to feel welcomed. A clean and refreshing place to stay. The Property Management really cares about you and making sure all is well. I will definitely use the Management company again.

We stayed at the Red Fox Inn, we loved how peaceful yet easy driving distance the cabin was. We loved the big in room bathtub, so nice to relax in after a long day of hiking. The kids loved the hot tub. The views from the deck were amazing to wake up to.

We stayed at red fox. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location but so close to everything. My son and his girlfriend enjoyed the pool table a lot. My granddaughter enjoyed the hot tub

We stayed at Autumn Ridge. The location was perfect and the layout of the cabin was just what we needed with 2 couples and 3 singles. The cabin was beautifully decorated. There was an issue and I notified Colonial Properties and they were ready to remedy the situation. I wish the cabin were a little more soundproof-you could hear conversations and people walking around within the cabin. Recently stayed at Bear Tracks in Pigeon Forge with a group of 9 We had a great time, loved the location and enjoyed the hot tub. Colonial Properties was supper responsive to any questions or needs..

We had a wonderful weekend at the River Ridge Cabin. The cabin was exactly like the pictures, everything was perfect, they have towels, extra blankets and even toiletries. The cabin was clean and neat. It has full kitchen (including kitchen utensils, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), the indoor spa and the outdoor jacuzzi.
