We had a wonderful time at "A Mountain Hideaway" cabin. The main reason I wanted to book this cabin was because of the view, and the view did not disappoint. So beautiful! I would suggest that the owners consider cutting down a few trees pretty soon, though. There are some trees directly behind the porch that are starting to encroach upon the view. I will NEVER rent from Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort Rentals again. Several weeks ago, I rented a cabin they listed on VRBO, received and signed the lease agreement, paid the deposit and received confirmation of my stay. Days later, the company called to tell me they were canceling my reservation because they did not realize I made reservations to check in on Thanksgiving Day, which they do not allow. Want to relax? A cabin in the woods to enjoy nature. So peaceful. If you could only pack this in your suitcase to bring home for a quick zen moment. Relax, breathe and enjoy!

Keaton's Wild Animal was a wonderful cabin. All the bedrooms were on separate floors with their own entertainment areas, so everyone was able to enjoy their own shows. Very clean and comfortable, and close to the area attractions, but far enough out to enjoy nature (especially the animals!). Extremely easy to check in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about Heaven's Window was perfect for our family. We fellowship over good food, fun, and a very nice place to sleep. The rooms were perfect along with the views of the mountains. I also celebrated my 5th year anniversary and would do it all over again.

i made reservations and they were very helpful when need the place i rented was nicer than i expected .. it must have been a new renatal it still needed some work done but over all a great place it was nice a secluided i plan on booking with them again next year

BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Do not rent from this company!! I made reservations for a cabin, expecting the wonderful experience as advertised. I called Colonial Properties two weeks prior to my arrival, to find out if they had a shuttle service from the Knoxville airport, or should I book a rental car, as my flight was coming in after the rental companies close at 5pm.
