Recently stayed at Colonial Properties Cabin. The house was spacious, very lovely, clean and very comfortable. However, it wasn't what I would call a "cabin". It was a house in a neighborhood. Front view was "cabins" and rear view was "cabins". The first afternoon, the neighbors had music so loud it was vibrating our windows. I would definitely recommend Colonial Properties Cabins. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. They were quick to handle an issue for us and very pleasant.

This was by far our favorite cabin we have stayed in & we come to Tennessee (& stay in a cabin) every year. Everything was as clean as a whistle - even the patio furniture. Great customer service before, during, and after (loved the phone call 45 minutes after check out to ensure we had a good stay). We are already planning the dates to book the same cabin for next year. Hands down, the best!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the Sunrise Vista cabin. The cabin itself was exactly how I envisioned it, super comfortable and relaxing, and that's the main thing we were looking for. My only critique would be (1) be prepared for a somewhat scary ride up and down the driveway to this property, lots of hairpin turns and super steep, and (2) ours was one fo the few properties without a washer/dryer. We stayed at Riversong Retreat. It was gorgeous!! When we opened the door it was a beautiful open concept kitchen, living room, gameroom to the right of the kitchen and dining room to the left. The bedrooms were located on opposite sides of the living room. They both had sleep number king mattresses, and attached bathrooms with walk in rain showers with river rock (gorgeous!!!). Most disgusting and dirtiest cabin we ever rented. Outside probably never cleaned, tabel broken, chairs dirty with bird droppings. Inside dishwasher still full with dirty dishes. All blinds and verticals broken with big holes in it. Maintenance guy came and said it is gross and he will send cleaning crew. Nobody came. All furniture outdated and needs to be replaced.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin . The view was beautiful from the back balcony. The whole family enjoyed hours of pool upstairs and in the Jacuzzis.

Me and my friends used this place in 2022 and attempted to use it this year (2023). In 2022 we had a cabin that had all the amenities that we wanted, and it was sold. We understood that part as per Colonial they do not own the cabin. However, the issue came when putting us in a different cabin. The cabin the offered (which we took) had none of the original amenities and was smaller. When I asked for a cabin with the amenities we wanted they told us it would be an extra $400 on the bill.
