We stayed in "Hidden Vineyard" we arrived late in the afternoon and did not make it to the chalet until after 8 pm. Upon arrival we unloaded out vehicle and went inside. Inside the Jacuzzi tub was dirty. There was black mold in the jets looked like it was not cleaned in months if at all. When going out to the hot tub we were not able to use because there was brown slime in the hot tub. We went to bed for the night and I intended on calling in the morning to address these issues. I would definitely recommend Colonial Properties Cabins. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. They were quick to handle an issue for us and very pleasant.

Got a home through this company in September 2023. When we arrived that afternoon check in after four the floors were nasty. The house was nasty. Nothing with care for. It’s called skinny bear ice machine locked up TVs didn’t work bugs everywhere mold and mildew smells in the house couldn’t take a shower without having water buildup on your feet called colonial took pictures over to them. This was by far our favorite cabin we have stayed in & we come to Tennessee (& stay in a cabin) every year. Everything was as clean as a whistle - even the patio furniture. Great customer service before, during, and after (loved the phone call 45 minutes after check out to ensure we had a good stay). We are already planning the dates to book the same cabin for next year. Hands down, the best!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the Sunrise Vista cabin. The cabin itself was exactly how I envisioned it, super comfortable and relaxing, and that's the main thing we were looking for. My only critique would be (1) be prepared for a somewhat scary ride up and down the driveway to this property, lots of hairpin turns and super steep, and (2) ours was one fo the few properties without a washer/dryer. We stayed at Riversong Retreat. It was gorgeous!! When we opened the door it was a beautiful open concept kitchen, living room, gameroom to the right of the kitchen and dining room to the left. The bedrooms were located on opposite sides of the living room. They both had sleep number king mattresses, and attached bathrooms with walk in rain showers with river rock (gorgeous!!!). Most disgusting and dirtiest cabin we ever rented. Outside probably never cleaned, tabel broken, chairs dirty with bird droppings. Inside dishwasher still full with dirty dishes. All blinds and verticals broken with big holes in it. Maintenance guy came and said it is gross and he will send cleaning crew. Nobody came. All furniture outdated and needs to be replaced.
