Spacious yet cozy. Everything provided to feel welcomed. A clean and refreshing place to stay. The Property Management really cares about you and making sure all is well. I will definitely use the Management company again.
I have gone through Colonial Properties for the last 2 years and they are absolutely top notch. I will be going through them on my next visit to the mountains.
We stayed at the Red Fox Inn, we loved how peaceful yet easy driving distance the cabin was. We loved the big in room bathtub, so nice to relax in after a long day of hiking. The kids loved the hot tub. The views from the deck were amazing to wake up to.
We stayed at red fox. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location but so close to everything. My son and his girlfriend enjoyed the pool table a lot. My granddaughter enjoyed the hot tub
We stayed at Autumn Ridge. The location was perfect and the layout of the cabin was just what we needed with 2 couples and 3 singles. The cabin was beautifully decorated. There was an issue and I notified Colonial Properties and they were ready to remedy the situation. I wish the cabin were a little more soundproof-you could hear conversations and people walking around within the cabin. Recently stayed at Bear Tracks in Pigeon Forge with a group of 9 We had a great time, loved the location and enjoyed the hot tub. Colonial Properties was supper responsive to any questions or needs..
We had a wonderful weekend at the River Ridge Cabin. The cabin was exactly like the pictures, everything was perfect, they have towels, extra blankets and even toiletries. The cabin was clean and neat. It has full kitchen (including kitchen utensils, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), the indoor spa and the outdoor jacuzzi. We had a wonderful stay at the Red Fox Inn Dec 23-28th. The cabin was exactly as depicted in the photos and we had a wonderful Tennessee Christmas there with our family of 5! It was like a "Hallmark Movie". The weather was very cold for a day or two (coldest it had been in 40 years according to the staff at the office), and our cabin heat wasn't working, but they had a service guy there the day we reported it (he was leaving the cabin at 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve) and he had us fixed up and was very cordial!
