Excellent Place to Live Having lived at Colonial Point Apartments for well over ten years, I would not want to live anywhere else. This my home. The Community is warm and friendly, the office staff are exceptional and so is the terrific maintenance staff. Day or night response is immediate. Although I have never used the pool myself, it is a beautiful, well maintained pool.
