Best Complex Around I have lived in a fair share of apartment communities, these are spacious apartments for good price. Office is awesome and quick to resolve any issues. Maintenance quick with fixes. Chuck is awesome! Property Manager is also friendly and willing to help if you have any questions or even need something specific. Location is great and surprisingly quiet despite the location
Great place to live The management and maintenance teams are helpful, responsive, and make sure that any issues are addressed quickly. Neighbors are friendly, and there is a pleasant community atmosphere throughout the building. Overall, this apartment complex is a fantastic place to call home.
Three Months Cooperate Studio Overall, I had a great experience living here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my unfurnished unit furnished and even ordered a new large desk for me when I requested one, which really helped with my work and studies. The maintenance team is responsive and takes care of issues promptly and effectively. I truly appreciate their effort throughout my stay.
Clean and Comfortable! My name is Harold. I've been living at Colonial Point Apartments for over a year now. I finally have a nice, clean, comfortable place to relax and do some great cooking and baking! My apartment is very easy to clean and maintain. Only a couple of minor problems such as the dishwasher and garbage disposal but they were resolved within a reasonable timeframe by the maintenance staff. Comfortable and Well Priced The location was excellent for all the places we traveled to frequently with easy access to Route 1. Staff was helpful, and maintenance requests were usually handled promptly and effectively. The price was competitive for the renting market in the area, and we felt like we got all that we needed for what we paid.
Great place to live! My boyfriend and I love living at colonial point. Maintenance is always efficient and the property is well kept. I highly reccomend!
Excellent What I like about this apartment, is that is tucked behind route one, near the turnpike entrance.. The layout of the apartment buildings is excellent for everyone's view of the court yard, from the large balcony thats tucked under the roof. The variety of neighbors are very kind, to one another.
