Great place to live! My boyfriend and I love living at colonial point. Maintenance is always efficient and the property is well kept. I highly reccomend!
Excellent What I like about this apartment, is that is tucked behind route one, near the turnpike entrance.. The layout of the apartment buildings is excellent for everyone's view of the court yard, from the large balcony thats tucked under the roof. The variety of neighbors are very kind, to one another. Super Friendly Staff Everyone from the office staff to the repairmen are all super friendly and helpful. They are always free to talk if you need anything!
Great first apartment The area is quiet and a lot of stores are close by. Prices are reasonable for the size and most utilities are included.
Nice community Quiet despite being right off route 1. Close to Philadelphia and great shopping. Pool available in the summer. Friendly office staff.
