My family is pleased with the care we have received. Dr Morris takes the time to truly listens our issues and provides solutions. This is one of the best physicians that I have found and he has restored our trust in the medical industrial complex post pandemic. Bonus: There's a laboratory on site which is a major plus.
My doctor at this office was fantastic. My issues with this office has entirely to do with their billing practices. After I got my bill I called them and asked about payment plan options. They informed me that I could pay my bill off in increments of $20 a month. I made my payments every month on time, and I just recently received a call telling me that they are changing their billing policy for all patients, and my balance was now due in 60 days or else they would be sending me to collections.
