The parking lot, not garage was great, well lit. It was a little difficult to find, but my car was good the next day. I will say on the website it says open 24 hours and that's not the case.
Had to stay overnight and everything was good! 24 hours parking for 18$ in Washington DC is great
The website says overnight is ok but the sign in person says it not. You can buy an overnight pass but then can’t use it? The people on the other end of the help button said they had no idea and hung up rudely and wouldn’t pick back up the call again. The only upside is this lot has high clearance which is hard to find in that part of the city.
The machine didn't give the complete change. Asked to talk with the cashier who responded "it always happens and if I give the money back it will be from my own pocket". Colonial doing it's thing.
