Drivers beware. I highly recommend parking elsewhere—even the Target parking lot is more dependable and transparent in pricing in my opinion. Colonial should be avoided like the plague!! I should have known better. Even entering the lot, I said to my friend, I’ve heard bad things about Colonial, and several close friends have had crummy experiences with them. The parking lot, not garage was great, well lit. It was a little difficult to find, but my car was good the next day. I will say on the website it says open 24 hours and that's not the case.
Had to stay overnight and everything was good! 24 hours parking for 18$ in Washington DC is great
