I was on the way to a concert at the Capital One Arena and came in for the "$22" parking on the sign outside. As I drove in there were signs saying $60 but we still went in and the lady very rudely told us it was $100 and showed us by tapping the spoon she was eating with to the sign saying it (ONLY INSIDE). After that I said I'd just leave and as I tried to leave, another car was blocking me while another employee still was telling me to go like I'd stay in this terrible parking place. I used SpotHero to reserve a parking spot prior to traveling in to DC. Entry/exit was seamless, however it was a little frustrating that were minimal open parking spots upon entry. I eventually found one open spot but it was a hassle.
Convenient for the court, i was trying to park near, although confusing system to try to find the proper exits and then pay before leaving, not enough signage to show where to exit that wasn't locked. If you were going to a game, it would probably be great
