Reasonably easy to get in and out of the spaces and ok prices for DC, but the garage gate is defective and I have repeatedly had to call to be let out. The first couple times I got stuck, I was trying to pay at the gate and the machine repeatedly charged my card without allowing me to exit. Given the hassle of getting the multiple charges reversed, I now pay inside the building before leaving. worst parking space ever
Please note that if you want to park for 24hrs the garage will reset it's clock at 5 am. So the 24hrs is from 5 am until 5 am. It won't start the moment you drive into the garage
