0 stars. I told the gentleman that I would be here less than an hour and I was back in 20 mins. The time stamp on their system for my car read 11:00 so that they could charge me more than an hour! FREAKING SCAMMERS, DON'T PARK HERE
The entrance is actually located on D street. There is not sign of “colonial parking”. The building is called “liberty place” so you will see a sign of “parking - welcome to liberty place”.
The parking spaces are small and you can only use the elevator if your a tenant. When going back to your car you have to walk down the ramp while dodging cars to use the stairs to go back down.
Depending on the time you arrive, parking is as expensive as expected. While this garage has an elevator, elevator usage is for tenants only so anyone else will have to take the stairs about 3.5 -5 flight up if you can’t park on the first two levels. To get back to your car you will have to enter the way you drove in and walk in the garage down to your car.
They take your car keys like they’ll grab your car for you but when you come back but they just have you figure it out. The garage is double parked and some cars park on the roadway which makes it nearly impossible to get out of the parking spots. The cheap price is not worth getting your car and someone else’s car scratched out trying to get out.
Colonial Parking has a 2.2 star rating with 6 reviews.
Colonial Parking is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
