nice garage, friendly staff
I payed $374 for one month and it took them THREE WEEKS to give me a fob. I had no access to the garage when the gate was down (after 7 and on weekends) which ended up being a major inconvenience. I had to take Ubers because my car was stuck behind the gate. I also moved half way across the country and couldn’t get into the garage when I arrived, so I had to street park far away and unloading my things took until 4am. One of the very few 24-hour parking garages in the area - most close at 7 pm.
Pulled into this parking garage because the gate was open at 4:45pm on a Sunday. Apparently the garage is closed to non-residents Sat-Sun even though we were able to get in. When we came back there was no way to get our car bc the gate was closed. We had to call the garage company and they said they would send someone to let us in, within the hour (which they did, hence the two stars instead of 1). For the record the signage is HORRIBLE.
