Great clean convenient parking for a Nats game. You will be charged event parking cost and not the listed cost on google. Only downside is getting out after the game it took over 30 minutes to get out.
If I could give this garage and their customer service/“security” officer a zero. Parked here and Ubered to capital arena for a b ball game. When I got back, the original exit from the parking garage was closed. Upon arrival no ticket was provided so I figured I pay when I leave. Well the door I left from asked for a ticket I never received. So I’m livid at the moment bc it’s cold out. We saw “security” ride past and didn’t come back. Everything but the price was fine. If it were more competitive with metro costs, I'd use it every day probably.
Worst customer service. They constantly have broken gates and even though I pay for monthly parking, the pass that lets me in and out stops working every other day, which limits my ability to leave when I need to. Ridiculous given that I have paid for that privilege. When I complain, they are rude to me as if it's my fault that they have to let me out. Now they've suddenly started charging an additional $17 to let monthly parkers out of the garage even though it's their fault! Park anywhere else. They are a predatory, unethi... read more
