We came on the 25th Feb without a reservation and just drove into this parking garage as it was the nearest to the building we were heading for. The person in the garage came to the car immediately, he was really friendly and asked how long we want to stay and we got a day ticket and a parking spot. The garage seems to have a limited amount of free spaces, so it might be full at busy times. However it worked well for us and the guy waved friendly when we were leaving after more than 7 hours. The parking garage is in a good location, ideal for getting the big bus tour at the spy museum pick-up point. Ticket machine didn't work when trying to pay and the person who came out to help was not helpful at all. He was rude and disrespectful.

Garbage, scam of a company. Reserved parking starting 8/2, did not get confirmation of that until 332am on the 3rd. Asked for my money back and to cancel whatever business I had with them. It is impossible to cancel. That is the scam. They want information I don't have or they didn't give me. Each phone number leads to the same generic recording of how to cancel even though you never really can. I have informed my bank not to pay these people and I will be seeking legal assistance if it comes to that. Absolute garbage, scam ... read more

Great parking spot in a super convenient location. I was there for a meeting, and the parking manager was super helpful in giving me directions, and in explaining the rate based on how long I thought I would be parked. Friendly staff, and the building has security, so it was good to know my vehicle would be secure. I got there mid-day and they had plenty of spaces available. I plan to park there again when I go back for my next meeting.
