It’s really hard to find a parking spot that is. It reserved in this lot. Then, the parking attendants are the rudest people you will ever meet. However, when we had problems with our ticket not being read by machine, we called for help by pushing the button provided and the lady on the other side was great. She verified our confirmation number and let us in. The parking attendant ran over to us demanding to know why the operator had let us in. He didn’t ask. He demanded. So rude
Google said this closes at 12AM, got there at 11PM and it was closed and i couldn’t get in. There was a box outside that said to scan your ticket for entry but it didn’t work. Both of the phone numbers listed for this place rang and no one answered. Basically this garage ate my car. 1 star
My experience at this garage was not good. I prepaid for parking at the 440 L ST NW Colonial garage on July 30. Unfortunately, this was my first time using a DC parking garage with a QR code since the start of the COVID pandemic and I ran into problems from the moment I entered the garage at 6:45 PM. I followed my instructions to scan my QR code at the scanner, holding it 2 to 3 inches away from the scanner. Well, that didn't work very well.
