Garage listed on SpotHero with an opening time of 1 PM. Arrived for a concert at Nationals Park at 4 PM. Garage was closed. No sign as to when it would open. Contacted garage and told it would open at 5:30 PM. Then left to find other parking and call SpotHero for refund.
None of the kiosks would accept my credit card, and no one answered the help button or my phone call when I tried calling them. Was stuck, thankfully I found an ATM close by and was able to pay with cash.
