I went to go park in this garage on a Sunday afternoon to go to brunch in Dupont. Despite the hours listed in this Google result and the hours on the sign in the photos, it was not open on Sunday morning at 10 AM. The gates were down, and I could find no way to get into the garage. Not only could I not get into park, people who had parked overnight were locked out and could not get to their cars. This garage does not follow their own signage and policies.
PSA to anyone: Do not park here overnight!! Dealt with probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Workers failed to tell us that the parking garage closed overnight. The workers over the phone help line refused to listen and help us when we were stuck outside in the cold at night—they even hung up on us!
