I used spot-hero book for my parking 4 days. In-out I never have any issue. It was all smooth.
Great experience here. Make sure you use spot here ahead of time.
A word of warning: the elevators only go to B2 and no further. If you need to park on a lower floor (as I did), beware that you will be schlepping your suitcase up two flights of stairs. Thank goodness I packed pretty light. The other issue is the QR code scanner doesn't seem to function very well. I reserved a space using SpotHero and it required a lot of finagling to get the machine to scan the code and let me in.
My hotel only had very expensive valet parking. Colonial Parking (Ritz-Carlton) was in walking distance and half the cost. I bought my parking pass on "Spot Hero" and the QR code for entry and exit worked ok. My only recommendation is to improve signage. I passed the lot on my first attempt.
Parked and got to understand the meaning of the "park at your own risk" signs everywhere. Try not to run over by valet parking cars down there
