I had a very uncomfortable experience with Sam at Colonial Parking Garage. I accidentally left my wallet and explained that I wasn’t able to use my credit card, but I was ready and willing to pay using Apple Pay on my phone. Sam initially seemed frustrated and asked if I had Apple Pay, which I confirmed. However, when he brought over the payment machine, he then claimed it wasn’t working leaving me unable to complete my payment despite actively trying to do the right thing.
