I used spot-hero book for my parking 4 days. In-out I never have any issue. It was all smooth.
Great experience here. Make sure you use spot here ahead of time.
A word of warning: the elevators only go to B2 and no further. If you need to park on a lower floor (as I did), beware that you will be schlepping your suitcase up two flights of stairs. Thank goodness I packed pretty light. The other issue is the QR code scanner doesn't seem to function very well. I reserved a space using SpotHero and it required a lot of finagling to get the machine to scan the code and let me in.
