Is it a requirement to be rude and a nuisance to work here? The guard is completely uncooperative and rude. Not coming back
Despite what the signs say, they won’t tow cars off-site. So really there’s no reason to pay either the daily or monthly rate, which is something I found out from the attendant while awaiting a tow truck for the car that blocked me in AND didn’t pay for parking. The car will be relocated to somewhere else in the lot. When I asked why they weren’t just towing it away, the attendant replied that it was company policy and that they do not remove cars from the lot. Cool! Stupidly expensive, confusing layout, rude and totally clueless attendant, broken payment machine, tiny spots. There's a perfectly good public lot not far from here, use that instead!!!
Beware of this lot. I received a parking ticket (like a previous poster) 20 minutes into having paid for a full hour. The website to fight the ticket says that I can't appeal (it's been one day), and nobody answers the phone. Total scam. If you use this lot, keep your receipts and good luck. It's unfortunate as it's located in a great location.
