DO NOT PARK HERE. The gate for most people was broken. There was no way to get out ourselves. We spent an hour trying to get out. People had issues when we entered and when we exited. When you finally get someone to answer from the phone, in the rudest voice imaginable, the answer was that the gate was known to be broken for days and that there is 'no solution'. Exit gate would not scan QR code from Spot Hero and the vehicle in front of us with a ticket had to call as well to get out. Took an hour to get out.
I went to there tonight. The gate is open but no single one parking spot is available and people are stuck in the garage for 20min. Then I still have to pay $20 to let me get out of here even I don't parking at all. It's a scam.
