I paid $20 for 24 hours on SpotHero and arrived 10 minutes before the start time. They charged me a $9 fee for arriving 10 minutes early. What a racket! $9 for ten minutes, or $20 for 24 hours?? I only stayed 12 hours, and don’t get why their system would charge such a high penalty. Absolute theft.
