This lot requires you to leave your keys, causing major delays after 6 PM. We waited 90 minutes because staff leaves at 6 PM and locks the office. You have to call customer service to get someone back to unlock it and return your keys. For the premium price we're paying, this level of service is unacceptable. Keep your keys OR find different parking if you're picking up after 6 PM. Our experience was way way below par!! Remember, I'm paying in US dollar so I must get a US dollar level service in return!!
Closing the garage at 6 on a weekend is kinda diabolical. My friend and I got stranded because of this and we had to find another means to get back home. I’m willing to accept the fact that we should have checked this detail beforehand, I would have even accepted an overdue fee for staying past closing. But I don’t appreciate my car being held hostage like that, and as a woman, this put us in an unsafe predicament. Parking worked out great, not crowded at all and $24/night. Parking spaces and turns are very tight and entrance ramp is very steep but not unmanageable.
They had no parking, and let me in. Then tried to charge me when I was trying to leave.
