Do not park here. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to Blues Alley and came back and doorman for the building wouldn’t let us in. We walked out through the building no problem. When we came back we had to walk down the way cars come into the garage. It was very dangerous. It was only 8:30 pm on a Monday.
After hours number doesn’t work

Whomever I spoke to on the phone at 1:10AM was very condescending , I truly did not appreciate the tone in which she was speaking to me. Please do better .
There’s a lot of easy access to parking, and the overall environment is decent. The major issue I had was paying. I’ve been on every floor of the building, but none of the ticket machines seem to work with cash, or it’s just completely out of service. Most of the machines do not work, and I absolutely could not use cash. I had to give someone cash at the front, and I wasted at least 1 hour and 30 minutes going back and forth. Wouldn’t recommend parking here without a physical debit card.
