My girlfriend called me yesterday and was terribly upset. I didn’t know what was going on at first because of how distraught she was. Something happened when she was trying to pay to leave but the machine wasn’t working. She has parked here for years and knows how to pay but instead of helping her she said the parking attendee kept yelling at her. That person should be there to provide assistance and not to yell. I tried calling this morning but no answer on the phone. 👎
Paid $42 for overnight 18 hours, while the app shows only $30 for overnight 24 hours. The staff just shrugged and said nothing he can do.
Horrible experience first it's two way driving but, they allow cars to park where you should be able to drive so two cars do not fit driving, machine to get out not allowing contactless payments and chip not working had to wait for attendant to come out and pretty rude telling me I don't know how to use the machine I advised I tapped card reader and inserted my card machine not working properly then he said give me another card rudely not asking if I have another card just snapping give me another card there are many parking... read more
The price was exactly what it's supposed to be. Workers were on premises and respectful. Everything was maintained and how it should be!
