My girlfriend called me yesterday and was terribly upset. I didn’t know what was going on at first because of how distraught she was. Something happened when she was trying to pay to leave but the machine wasn’t working. She has parked here for years and knows how to pay but instead of helping her she said the parking attendee kept yelling at her. That person should be there to provide assistance and not to yell. I tried calling this morning but no answer on the phone. 👎
Paid $42 for overnight 18 hours, while the app shows only $30 for overnight 24 hours. The staff just shrugged and said nothing he can do.
