Due to the early bird special , I would park here. However, I discovered that the new company has taken ownership and has implemented a flat rate of $22.70. Good bye more affordable parking in the area . Unfortunately, the early bird special has been discontinued, and there are new notice requirements for parking. I am disappointed that they will be charging more, and I would appreciate it if they could at least make some improvements to the property.
It’s the worst parking in Washington D.C. the machines to pay don’t work and if you want a receipt you have to go to the guardhouse, fix your machines so that they give a parking receipt!
Perfect to be in downtown
Worst garage I have tried to park at in DC. Two way ramp where they let people park in one lane. You can get in, but good luck getting out. Parking garage black hole. Also many very low hanging obstacles to hit your car against.
