Worst garage I have tried to park at in DC. Two way ramp where they let people park in one lane. You can get in, but good luck getting out. Parking garage black hole. Also many very low hanging obstacles to hit your car against.
Underground so it keeps your car warm and free of snow. Unable to locate elevator and we paid way too much to park there for only 1 hour while we are. But it felt safe.
Horrible experience. I would never come back again. Me and my mom waited for 25 minutes to get the car keys back. We constantly walking around and tried reaching somebody on the intercom, however no one would respond. I then called the number that was advertised as help. So rude. The owner chased me around and refused to allow me to park for no rhyme or reason. Would not reccomend.
I have never seen worse parking spot. This parking attendee was so rude and disrespectful. All he does was shout at me and scream and yell. I hated that man. And instead of being nice he was so rude and this is so unacceptable. Fire him.
