Perfect to be in downtown
Worst garage I have tried to park at in DC. Two way ramp where they let people park in one lane. You can get in, but good luck getting out. Parking garage black hole. Also many very low hanging obstacles to hit your car against.
Underground so it keeps your car warm and free of snow. Unable to locate elevator and we paid way too much to park there for only 1 hour while we are. But it felt safe.
Horrible experience. I would never come back again. Me and my mom waited for 25 minutes to get the car keys back. We constantly walking around and tried reaching somebody on the intercom, however no one would respond. I then called the number that was advertised as help. When I called, a women picked up and told me to look around one more time before she called the office to tell them that I was looking for help.
