Worst parking in all the DC area. If you want to get robbed or have a window broken go and park there.
Not secure. Our car was broken into within 2 weeks of starting to park here. It's not a super fancy car, and nothing valuable was visible through the windows. Convenient and seems fine during the day but overnight is a risk.
Absolutely awful experience. My car was broken into twice since January 2023 while parking here due to a broken gate that remained open 24 hours a day for months. Terrible customer service that did not follow up with me at all after I filed claims both times. Do not park here.
