Definitely wish I had taken the reviews more seriously before using this parking garage. They are scammers. They do not indicate anything on their parking signs how they actually calculate their rates. Parking less than 24 hours but not on a Friday or a Saturday, so what is the rate? Apparently, $22 a day since each day individually (12am-11:59pm) is $22 and then allegedly there is 18% tax on parking. Complete misrepresentation of rates. And how would you know there is 18% tax on parking when normal sales tax is 10% in DC. T... read more
Predatory pricing. It is marked as a «daily max» of $22 but it is really $22 per calendar day, so if you park for one night they charge $44, one daily max for the evening and one daily max for the next morning. Spaces are extremely narrow.
Parking lot completely full and I kept letting him people The parking lot is so small that once you get to one end and realize that there's nothing it's hard to get out because there are other cars finding the same thing. It took me 25 minutes to get out the parking lot. What a waste of time. Don't park here.
