Not really 24 hours. If you have open 24 hours the customer should be able to retrieve their vehicle anytime in that 24 hours. This is 100% false advertising. The contract number they give to call is a scam too it’s just to eat up time. They put in a request for someone to reach out to you and won’t give a timeframe. Then the staff finally start to arrive but will not acknowledge you.
Tried to find this garage by driving up & down C Str, SW multiple times. After I couldn’t find it I called the listed # and connected to the on-site number. Kept me on hold for 35 minutes repeatedly coming back with an automated message saying “You are caller #3 in the Queue”. I wasn’t caller #3 in the Queue. They send you over to that automated response knowing they have no plans to ever answer you. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Never use this company I was at a restaurant and I came back at 10 PM and found the garage door closed. I couldn’t get my car out. I tried to call the numbers. No one answered. They really ruined my day. How could you just leave and not let people get their vehicle.
