One staff of this parking lot is working without any sense at all. I paid $31 overnight. Few hours later, i drive out of parking, and come back within 1 hour.But that staff stopped me, and asked me another $31 dollars for the same over night . He is saying that i shouldnt get out of parking lot even i paid overnight!! what??? There is no written guide or policy at office but, he said this is policy of this colonial parking company. Don’t park here! They close early. If you visit and have to park friday night, you won’t get your car back til Monday morning. They have no contact information. We had to change all travel plans to get our car back. Horrible customer service.
I lived around the corner, great place for my motorcycle. Locked and SAFE overnight! Watch your time, Attendants are the best & friendliest. Love!
